£15.00 age 3+ or £16.50 age 2
3-hour morning session - 8.45 - 11.45 am
3-hour afternoon session - 12.15 - 15.15 pm

£32.50 age 3+ or £35.75 age 2
6.5-hour day session - 8.45 - 15.15 pm

We accept child care vouchers. If your employer is registered with a scheme, please get in touch to find out more. 

Children must join for a minimum of 2 sessions per week over 2 days. Once started, fees are payable for every session booked whether your child attends or is absent through illness/holiday or any other reason.

30 hours free early education for eligible 3 and 4 year olds

From 1 September 2017, the government will be extending the free childcare entitlement for eligible working parents of 3 and 4 year-olds, to 30 hours per week for 38 weeks of the year. There will be a limited number of these places available at The Vale Nursery.

3 Year Old Funding - Free Entitlement

Free nursery education is available to all 3 and 4 year olds.  Your child will be eligible the term following their 3rd birthday.

  • 1 April and 31 August qualify for funding from the 1 September
  • 1 September and 31 December qualify for funding from 1 January
  • 1 January and 31 March qualify for funding from 1 April

The maximum Nursery Education Funding you can claim per week for your child is 15 hours.  

If you wish to claim the maximum 15 hours you can do this over no more than 38 weeks of the year, which equals 570 hours in total.
